Who These Terms Apply To
By visiting firedex.net or contacting FireDEX Butler, Inc. about services, you agree to the terms described on this page. These terms apply to website visitors, prospective customers, and anyone who requests an estimate or enters into a service relationship with FireDEX Butler, Inc., located at 9133 Marshall Rd, Cranberry Township, PA 16066.

Service Area and Scope
FireDEX Butler, Inc. operates within a defined service area in and around Butler County and the greater Pittsburgh region of Pennsylvania. Requesting an estimate does not guarantee that your property falls within our current service area or that we can begin work on a specific date. We will confirm availability and coverage when you contact us.
All work performed is governed by Pennsylvania state contractor regulations. Services described on this website are general in nature. The actual scope of work — what will be done, how, and at what cost — is defined exclusively by the signed work-authorization form you receive before any project begins.
Estimates Are Not Contracts
Any estimate, quote, or cost range provided by FireDEX Butler, Inc. — whether given verbally, by email, or through an on-site assessment — is an approximation based on visible conditions at the time of evaluation. Estimates are not binding agreements. Hidden damage, structural complications, material availability, or changes in scope discovered during work may affect the final cost.
A project becomes a binding commitment only when both parties have signed a written work-authorization form. That signed document, not this website or any prior conversation, governs the service relationship.
Payment Terms
Payment terms, accepted methods, and any deposit requirements are outlined in your work-authorization agreement. FireDEX Butler, Inc. coordinates directly with many insurance carriers to document losses and submit claims documentation on your behalf, which can reduce your out-of-pocket responsibility. However, the property owner or authorized representative remains ultimately responsible for any balance not covered by insurance. We do not guarantee specific insurance outcomes or carrier decisions.
Insurance Coordination
When you authorize us to communicate with your insurance carrier, we will share documentation — photographs, moisture readings, scope reports, and related records — necessary to process your claim. We do not share your information with any third party beyond your carrier and any subcontractors required to complete the authorized scope of work.
Liability
FireDEX Butler, Inc. carries appropriate licensure and insurance as required under Pennsylvania law. Our liability is limited to the scope of work described in your signed work-authorization form. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by delayed reporting of a loss, or outcomes resulting from work performed by other contractors before or after our involvement.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, we ask that you contact us directly first — most concerns can be resolved quickly. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally are subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with venue in Butler County.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. The current version is always available at firedex.net. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
